By accessing or using the services provided by Dade City Movers, including but not limited to residential and commercial moving, packing, storage, and related services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. 2. Services Provided

Dade City Movers provides various moving services, including:

• Local Moving: Moving within the same city or surrounding areas.
• Long-Distance Moving: Moving to a location outside the local area.
• Commercial Moving: Moving businesses and office equipment.
• Residential Moving: Moving household goods for homeowners and tenants.
• Moving and Storage: Providing temporary storage for items during the moving process.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of these services at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

The pricing for our services is determined based on factors such as the type of move, distance, amount of belongings, and any special services required. A detailed estimate will be provided before the commencement of any move.

• Payment Terms: Payments are due upon completion of the move, unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods.
• Non-Refundable Deposits: Certain moves may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. This will be specified at the time of the booking.
• Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your move within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply. The fee will be determined based on the services booked and the time of cancellation.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As the customer, you are responsible for:

• Accurate Information: Providing accurate details about your move, including the size of your home or office, number of items, and any special requirements.
• Access: Ensuring that all areas for loading and unloading are easily accessible. Any restrictions that may prevent access should be communicated in advance.
• Packing: While we offer packing services, you may choose to pack your own belongings. If you choose to pack your items, you are responsible for ensuring that they are securely packed and protected.
• Valuables: We recommend that you do not move valuable, perishable, or hazardous items, including cash, jewelry, art, or electronics, unless previously agreed upon.

5. Liability and Damages

• Liability for Damages: While we take every precaution to protect your belongings, Dade City Movers is not liable for damages to items that were improperly packed or prepared for the move by the customer. In cases where we provide packing services, we are responsible for damages that occur due to our handling.
• Insurance: We offer various insurance options for additional protection of your belongings during the move. If you decline additional insurance, we are not liable for any loss or damage beyond our basic liability coverage.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or damages caused by factors outside of our control, including, but not limited to, weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events.

6. Moving and Storage

If you choose to use our moving and storage services:

• Storage Terms: We provide temporary storage solutions for items during the moving process. The items will be stored in secure facilities for a duration agreed upon at the time of the booking.
• Storage Fees: Storage charges will apply if your items are stored for longer than the agreed-upon time. The charges will be based on the size of your storage unit and the length of time your items are stored.
• Access to Stored Items: If you need access to your stored items before the agreed-upon release time, please contact us to make arrangements. Additional fees may apply for early access.

7. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Abuse or Misuse: Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Harmful Items: Attempt to move hazardous materials or items that pose a risk to health, safety, or the environment.
• Violation of Laws: Violate any local, state, or federal laws during the moving process.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Dade City Movers, its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claim, damage, loss, or expense arising out of:

• Your use of our services.
• Any act of negligence or failure to comply with these terms.
• Claims related to damages to your property or items during the move, except as specified in our liability clause.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute related to our services or these Terms and Conditions, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiation with Dade City Movers. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. We will only use your personal information for purposes directly related to the services you have requested. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

11. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Dade City Movers reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by any such changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Florida.
